Located in Greenpoint’s Pencil Factory, our hourly rehearsal room is a real Brooklyn treat enjoyed by those locals in the know! This practice suite has a Pearl Masters drum kit, powered PA system, free wifi, climate control with heat and A/C. Ampeg, Orange, Marshall and Vox amps, a beautiful Fender Rhodes and an upright Baldwin piano…trust us – you won’t be disappointed!

We also have 4 monthly rehearsal rooms, ranging between 200 and 400 square feet.
They include A/C and heat, plenty of power outlets, wifi and windows bringing in natural light.

Monthly rooms are 24/7 lockout spaces with secured keyed access.
Our leases typically run 6-12 months per room and can be split between up to 3 different bands.
